Quotes and pricing

Prices shown are estimates and starting points, not binding offers. A binding price and scope are set out in a written quote or agreement that both parties accept.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Deposits, setup fees, and recurring charges are described in your quote or agreement. Refunds, if any, follow that agreement.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Stackvale LLC. Deliverables from a paid engagement are assigned to you as described in your agreement.

Disclaimer & liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Stackvale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
